Perabet Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Perabet website, creating an account, or using any part of the Perabet platform — including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot games, and promotions — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Perabet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Perabet platform. Your continued use of Perabet after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Perabet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed Perabet account.
• You are not accessing Perabet from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Perabet employee.

Perabet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, Perabet may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Perabet account only. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must keep this information up to date.

• All registration details must be genuine and belong to you personally.
• Providing false information — including a false name or date of birth — is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Perabet support immediately.
• Duplicate accounts — identified by shared name, device, IP address, payment method, or identity document — will be closed. Any balance in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Perabet may at any time request identity verification documents including a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), utility bill, or other proof of address. Accounts that cannot be verified to Perabet's satisfaction may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

4 Deposits

All deposits on Perabet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets where available. Supported methods and minimum deposit amounts are detailed on the Deposit page.

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party payment methods will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
• Perabet does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Perabet account balance in PKR and are available for use immediately upon confirmation.
• Perabet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals linked to a deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Perabet aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies — see the Deposit page for current figures.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 6.
• Perabet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or a terms violation is suspected.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance periods may experience delays.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Perabet offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and reload offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per promotion per player unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any uncompleted wagering requirements and unused bonus balance will be removed after expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Perabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including matched betting, arbitrage, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Perabet offers sports betting markets on cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, and Test cricket), football, esports, and other sports. By placing a bet on Perabet, you accept the following rules in addition to the specific rules published for individual sports and markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation except where Perabet explicitly offers a cash-out feature on a specific market.
• Perabet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market where odds were published due to a technical error.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief delay during which the bet may be accepted or declined based on updated odds.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement will follow the specific rules for that sport — typically bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market. Perabet reserves the right to limit stakes for individual players at its discretion.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using inside information to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

8 Casino and Games

Perabet's casino section includes slot games, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti, and others), RNG table games, and crash games including Aviator. All games are provided by third-party software providers and are subject to their own RTP (Return to Player) specifications.

• All casino games use a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer equipment to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous rounds.
• If a casino game session is interrupted due to a disconnection or technical fault, the round will be completed and settled based on the game state at the time of interruption.
• Perabet is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions, browser issues, or device failures during a casino session.
• Any malfunction of the game software voids all pays and plays for the affected round.
• Maximum bet limits may apply on specific games, particularly during bonus play periods.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Perabet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one Perabet account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through matched betting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform artificially.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of collusion with other players in poker or other competitive game formats.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any activity prohibited under applicable financial crime legislation.

10 Account Closure

You may close your Perabet account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met and no outstanding terms violations.

Perabet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• At the player's own request under a self-exclusion arrangement.
• Duplicate account identified on the same player profile.

11 Responsible Gaming

Perabet takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting and casino play should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to solve money problems. Perabet provides tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PKR cap on deposits directly in your account settings.
• Session reminders: Receive automatic alerts after a set continuous play duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform at any time.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time spent and net results during a session.

If you feel your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others — financially, in your relationships, or in your daily responsibilities — please use the self-exclusion tools or contact support. 12 Limitation of Liability

Perabet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, Perabet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• Perabet is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside its reasonable control.
• Perabet is not liable for losses caused by a player's own network connection issues, device problems, or browser incompatibilities.
• Perabet's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Perabet does not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.

13 Privacy

Perabet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is used to administer your account, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience.

Perabet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors and identity verification providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform.

14 Changes to These Terms

Perabet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, Perabet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Perabet platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
